Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically from 11 PM to 7 AM) and assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit processes, ensuring accurate balancing of daily transactions.
- Security: Conduct security walks to guarantee the safety of both guests and the property.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, to provide management insights.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other departments to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a hotel or related field is required; supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework is beneficial.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows-based spreadsheets and word processing; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
