Job Description
Job Title: Night Auditor
Company: Holiday Inn
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly wage of $16 for a Night Auditor in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered below the competitive market rate for this position. Night Auditors typically earn between $17 to $23 per hour depending on experience, specific hotel chains, and responsibilities. Additionally, the cost of living in Grand Rapids, while lower than in larger metropolitan areas, still necessitates a pay scale that accommodates basic living expenses. Therefore, this rate may struggle to attract qualified candidates and could impact staff retention in this role, suggesting a need for adjustment to align with industry standards.
