AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for the Night Auditor role in Dearborn, MI, it would be essential to compare it to established benchmarks for hospitality positions in that region. As of my last update, Night Auditors typically earn between $13 to $21 per hour, depending on experience and the specific employer. If the hourly rate in your query falls within or slightly above this range, it is considered competitive and aligns with industry standards for the area. However, variations may arise based on the size of the hotel, specific duties, and local labor market conditions. Therefore, it’s crucial to consider not just the pay rate but also the total compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for advancement, to fully gauge competitiveness in the market.
