BASIC FUNCTION & JOB DUTIES:
The role encompasses all front desk responsibilities, including but not limited to checking guests in and out, promoting sales programs, maintaining guest records, and handling cash transactions. You will audit the previous day’s receipts to verify and balance entries, run reports, and ensure the accuracy of information. Additionally, you may assist with breakfast setup, which may involve food preparation and cleaning. This position may require you to be the sole team member on the property for most of your shift, so you must be capable of working independently while ensuring guest safety and security during overnight hours.

You will ensure an exceptional guest experience by delivering courteous, efficient, and friendly service to all guests and prospective guests in a professional manner. Promptly and effectively responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive service attitude is essential. You will also contribute to fostering a positive work environment for our diverse team and guests.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
The role requires a capacity to follow written and verbal directions, as well as the ability to communicate clearly in English.
