Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Suite Attendants to become part of our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of assigned luxury suites, which includes stocking, serving, and attending to the needs of guests.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare the suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrivals, including pre-ordered items for events.
– Anticipate guests’ needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and effectively communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff.
– Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, including verifying identification before serving alcohol.
– Maintain cleanliness and order in the suite throughout the event.
– Secure signatures from the suite host for any incurred charges.

Qualifications:

– No high school diploma or GED required.
– A minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment is required.
– Previous experience as a suite runner is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
– Capability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift.
– Exposure to variable temperatures.
– May be required to work in narrow spaces.
