Job Title: Now Hiring Full Time Merchandise Coor

Company: TJX Companies

Location: Boardman, OH

Pay: $13 – 13.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $13.50 for a “Now Hiring Full Time Merchandise Coordinator” position in Boardman, OH, appears to be below the national average for similar roles. As of 2023, wages for merchandise coordinators typically range from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, responsibilities, and location. In Ohio, particularly in retail and merchandising sectors, the average pay may vary, but many positions often offer higher compensation, especially for full-time roles with significant responsibilities. Therefore, this rate may be considered non-competitive and could potentially deter qualified candidates seeking fair compensation for their skills and efforts.
