As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with shoppers, exemplifying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards is essential. You may also be cross-trained in various store areas to meet business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
– Model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Support and promote a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, while ensuring correct change is provided.
– Advocate for credit and loyalty programs.
– Uphold the company’s merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
– Efficiently prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day as needed.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the store.
– Accept and provide recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
– Engage in safety awareness practices to maintain a secure work environment.
– Undertake additional duties as assigned.
