In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, characterized by engaging interactions and an unwavering adherence to customer service principles. You will maintain a clean and organized store environment while complying with all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Additionally, you may be cross-trained to support various store areas to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster and promote a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, providing change according to established protocols.
  • Advocate for credit and loyalty programs.
  • Uphold and implement merchandising philosophy, adhering to established procedures and standards.
  • Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Engage in store recovery initiatives as necessary throughout the day.
  • Maintain organizational standards of cleanliness and recovery for the sales floor while contributing to the overall store maintenance.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support store initiatives aimed at reducing shrinkage.
  • Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
