– Barista – Food Service Worker, Cook, Retail, Cafeteria Service (full-time, with 1st and 2nd shifts available)

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for performing a variety of food service duties while providing exceptional customer service for the Nutrition Services Department. This role involves collaboration with clinical dietitians, nursing units, patients, and guests.
What you will do:
– Serve in the capacities of Barista, Food Service Worker, Cook, and in Retail and Cafeteria Service
– Engage with patients and family members by taking orders via phone and inputting menu selections into the computer system
– Clean, wash, and efficiently organize dry dishes
– Foster positive customer service relations between Nutrition Services, nursing units, patients, families, and all stakeholders
– Maintain knowledge of food service practices, including safe food handling and sanitation protocols
What you will need:
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Previous guest service experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred
