Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls on a multi-line phone system, entering orders, checking order statuses, and retrieving freight costs
  • Process billing for daily purchase orders
  • Manage collections for past due accounts
  • Enter vendor credits into the system
  • Facilitate the processing of customer return and warranty credits
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our phone system and computer network; knowledgeable about who to contact in case of system failures, record holiday messages, and manage quarterly on-hold messages
  • Act as a backup for other office personnel in their absence
  • Handle order entry tasks
  • Receive vendor purchase orders
  • Post daily work for Inventory, Purchase Order, and Sales Order modules
  • Maintain an organized filing system

Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
