Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a proactive approach to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This role encompasses front desk operations, shipping and receiving duties, and various office services to support our client effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and warmly welcome all employees and visitors upon arrival at the building.
– Efficiently manage visitor check-in procedures and promptly notify relevant parties of their arrival.
– Uphold a clean and organized front desk and lobby area for professional presentation.
– Receive, sort, and distribute mail to the appropriate recipients or departments.
– Prepare and process outbound courier shipments utilizing computer systems or service provider equipment, such as UPS.
– Ensure timely delivery of outgoing mail to courier services or the post office.
– Act as a liaison for mail services across client departments, ensuring the timely collection of outgoing correspondence, including letters, parcels, and interdepartmental mail.
– Maintain accurate records and logs of all mailing activities.
– Sort and distribute incoming shipments from USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
– Oversee postage machine operations, ensuring it is replenished as necessary and request maintenance when needed.
– Deliver boxes of paper to designated copy areas.
– Handle confidential and highly sensitive materials with discretion.
– Perform daily restocking of coffee and tea supplies, including cleaning coffee machines.
– Load, operate, and empty dishwashers as required.
– Document pass-down information for the janitorial team in their communication binder.
– Assist with the setup of on-site events and training rooms as necessary.
– Conduct inventory checks of mailing supplies.
– Order general office supplies to maintain stock levels.

Qualifications:
