Company: RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for the role of “On Call Weekend Services Manager” in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be below the industry standard. According to various salary data sources, such positions typically earn between $20 and $30 per hour, depending on factors like experience, specific responsibilities, and the employer’s budget. Given the managerial nature of the role, which often requires leadership skills and a degree of responsibility, the offered rate may not be competitive and could lead to difficulties in attracting qualified candidates in a labor market that values compensation reflective of skills and work requirements.
