Job description:

As an Onboarding and Training Specialist, you will report directly to the President/General Manager and be an integral member of the operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute all training and onboarding programs for the Bridger Group, while also providing operational and data support to the Director of Operations. The overarching objective is to enhance our reporting structures and CRM systems, thereby supporting the Director of Operations and the CEO in cultivating a highly skilled and healthy sales organization.

Training Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training in multiple areas including industry-specific topics, recruiting methodologies, PCR, Zoom Info, Call Logic, LinkedIn, and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct onboarding orientations and educate new hires on company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee new employee training courses.
  • Engage in role-playing exercises with recruiters to refine skills.
  • Provide ongoing oversight and training for technology platforms (e.g., PCR, LinkedIn) and share best practices.
  • Implement continuing education initiatives and document best practices for future reference.
  • Employ a structured train/observe/feedback/retraining process to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Operations Team Responsibilities (as needed):

  • Assist in event planning for various company functions, including monthly recognition awards, record-breaking achievements, employee anniversaries, quarterly volunteer initiatives, and the annual Christmas party.
  • Aggregate and calculate quarterly metrics.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and facilitate communication with associates.
  • Coordinate the setup of Zoom and/or Teams calls in conference rooms and breakout areas.
