AI Pay Analysis: To accurately analyze the hourly rate for a “One Identity Manager” role in Grand Rapids, MI, it would be essential to compare it with industry standards and local market trends. As of my last knowledge update, related IT roles, particularly in identity management, typically range from $35 to $75 per hour based on experience, specific skills, and the complexity of the role. In Grand Rapids, rates may lean toward the lower to mid-range due to the city’s cost of living and demand for IT professionals. If the hourly rate you’re considering falls within this range, it can be seen as competitive; however, if it significantly deviates, further investigation into the job responsibilities, company reputation, and potential for growth would be necessary to assess its competitiveness.
