Caregiver Job Responsibilities Include:
– Engaging companionship and conversation.
– Providing incidental transportation.
– Assisting with errands and shopping.
– Offering light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
– Delivering specialized care for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients.
– Supporting clients with ALS and Parkinson’s disease.
– Assisting with bathing, personal care, and incontinence needs.
– Executing safe transfers using Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Requirements for a Successful Candidate:
– Must possess compassion, reliability, friendliness, and patience.
– Ability to pass a complete criminal background check and DMV record check.
– Reliable transportation is essential.
– Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and registration are required.
– Current TB test (can be obtained after the interview).
– Punctuality and reliability for all scheduled shifts.
