Caregiver Job Responsibilities Include:
– Providing caring companionship and engaging conversation
– Assisting with incidental transportation
– Running errands and shopping
– Performing light housekeeping, preparing meals, and offering medication reminders
– Specializing in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, as well as ALS and Parkinson’s care
– Offering assistance with bathing, incontinence, and personal care
– Conducting transfers using Hoyer lifts and gait belts

Requirements for Success:
– Must exhibit compassion, reliability, friendliness, and patience
– Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and DMV record check
– Reliable transportation is essential
– Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and registration are required
– Current TB test (can be completed after the interview)
– Punctuality and reliability for all scheduled shifts
