Job description:
Our Premier Events team is seeking passionate heart-of-house associates who are dedicated to delivering authentic hospitality and culinary excellence. The primary responsibilities of our chefs and cooks include the preparation of a diverse range of hot and cold food items such as salads, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. Associates will be required to portion, wash, peel, slice, and mix various ingredients, including vegetables, fruits, pasta, and more, to create entrees, appetizers, salads, and garnishes. Additionally, this role involves carving and slicing meats and cheeses, measuring and mixing ingredients to develop salad dressings, sauces, and other food items in accordance with established recipes. The opening prep cook will also play a key role in opening the kitchen, receiving delivery orders, and organizing inventory. The compensation for this position starts at $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
