Job Title: Operations Coordinator- High School
Company: KIPP NYC Public Schools
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $50000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $50,000 for an “Operations Coordinator – High School” in Columbus, OH translates to an hourly rate of approximately $24.04 (assuming a 40-hour workweek). This compensation is relatively competitive for entry to mid-level positions in educational administration and operations within the region, as many similar roles range from $40,000 to $60,000 per year depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Moreover, the rate aligns well with the cost of living in Columbus, which is generally lower than national averages, making it a reasonable salary given the demands of the role. However, it’s essential to consider the specific responsibilities of the position, the applicant’s qualifications, and the funding status of the school or organization when evaluating competitiveness. Overall, while the salary is within an acceptable range, it may not be sufficient to attract candidates with extensive experience or advanced qualifications.
