Job Title: Operations Director

Company: Centria Healthcare

Location: Saint Joseph, MI

Pay: $65000 – 75000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate based on a salary of $65,000 to $75,000 translates to approximately $31.25 to $36.06 per hour, assuming a standard 40-hour workweek. For an Operations Director position in Saint Joseph, MI, this range is somewhat on the lower end compared to national averages; typically, Operations Directors in similar industries and locations can command salaries in the range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on the size of the company and specific responsibilities. While this compensation may be competitive in smaller firms or regions with a lower cost of living, it may not align with industry standards in larger markets or companies, suggesting that candidates with relevant experience might seek higher compensation elsewhere.
