Job Title: Operations Manager | Full-Time | Duke Energy Convention Center
Company: Oak View Group
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $50000 – 60000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year for an Operations Manager position at Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. According to various salary data sources, the typical salary for Operations Managers in the Cincinnati area typically ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience, industry, and specific responsibilities. While this salary might attract entry-level candidates or those with limited experience in the conventions or hospitality sector, it may be less competitive for seasoned professionals, particularly given the complexity and demands of managing operations in a significant venue like a convention center. Therefore, potential candidates may seek higher compensation that reflects their expertise and the role’s responsibilities.
