Pay: $23 – 24.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $23 to $24.50 for an “Operations Manager” in Columbus, OH, is below the market average for this role, which typically ranges from $30 to $50 per hour, depending on the industry and specific responsibilities involved. According to recent compensation data, the average annual salary for an Operations Manager in Columbus aligns with approximately $60,000 to $100,000, translating to an hourly rate of about $28.85 to $48.08. Therefore, while this pay rate may be suitable for entry-level or less complex positions, it does not meet the expectations for a mid-to-senior level Operations Manager, indicating that this offer may be less competitive compared to industry standards for similar roles in the region.
