Job description:
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a shift and/or segment of security operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to post orders and delivering high-quality service. Your leadership will guide Field Supervisors and security personnel, as you conduct inspections, coach staff, and support administrative duties that bolster branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the daily operations of guarding personnel at assigned sites, ensuring that the security team fulfills service expectations through regular client communication and performance evaluations.
– Facilitate meetings with line management and client representatives to provide updates, address issues, and assist with security planning and assessments.
– Drive the orientation, training, development, and retention of qualified staff, ensuring a respectful and professional work environment while implementing disciplinary actions as needed.
– Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely reporting for both client and company requirements.
– Foster a compliant and positive workplace by ensuring staff understand and abide by applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
– Strategically coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resources to ensure seamless operations while effectively managing labor costs.
– Collaborate with management on various initiatives and assist with the resolution of administrative, financial, and legal matters.

Minimum Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in security operations, supplemented by strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
– Valid legal authorization to work in the United States, along with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
– High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
– Willingness to undergo the company’s pre-employment screening, including background and drug assessments.
