The Opportunity: Contribute to the Growth of Your Career

You will have total responsibility for operating a highly efficient, productive, and safe department while consistently meeting or exceeding daily production targets within the Distribution Center. You will ensure that quality and service levels remain high, fostering a motivated and engaged workforce by spending at least 90% of your shift actively engaging with team members on the floor to review orders and direct associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations within the department, including planning, workflow management, and resource allocation.
• Develop and motivate your team, ensuring a positive morale that aligns with the company culture.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, including peers, management, unions, human resources, loss prevention, and transportation teams.
• Communicate effectively with all associates and management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and housekeeping standards within the area.
• Pursue continuous improvement by evaluating current practices, methods, and processes, and recommending enhancements.

Who We Are Looking For:
We seek individuals who possess:

• Proven experience managing diverse teams of 20 or more associates.
• 4-6 years of leadership experience in a similar environment.
• A high school diploma; a college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and development skills, along with proficiency in mathematics and computer applications.
• A demonstrated ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, provide constructive feedback, and develop future leaders.
• Flexibility to support multiple shifts.
