Responsibilities Include:
– Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health diagnoses, formulate and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation, including updates to diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in accordance with company policies
– Deliver exceptional customer service to clients while collaborating with a dynamic team to fulfill our mission of addressing community gaps
– Employ creative interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their goals
– Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session in line with company guidelines and protocols
– For part-time clinicians, maintain a caseload of no fewer than 12 client visits per week
– Coordinate services with case managers, family members, workplace personnel, medical professionals, other Ellie staff, and school personnel as necessary
– Actively participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions
– Engage in additional responsibilities that may arise and contribute to your role

Required Qualifications and Skills:
– A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution, with a commitment to obtaining licensure in the designated area
– Possess a clinical license (LPCC, LICSW, etc.) and be licensed in the state of Ohio
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities
– Proven ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients
– Capacity to complete and submit service documentation and other relevant paperwork promptly
– Experience working with a diverse client base
– Proficient with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
