Typical Shift
Your typical day involves traveling to your assigned client’s residence. Client needs vary, allowing us to align Care Professional skills with individual requirements. Duties may include light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, assistance with personal hygiene, medication reminders, grooming, and other activities of daily living (ADLs) or instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). Skilled nursing tasks, such as administering medications or wound care, will not be part of your responsibilities. You will never be asked to visit a client’s home unaccompanied during your initial introduction—our senior care manager will be there to support you on your first visit. We are committed to providing 24/7 support, and our staff consistently reports feeling more supported than ever in their roles.
