Job Description
Job Title: Overnight Caregiver Part Time to Overtime
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: $16 – 19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $19 for an “Overnight Caregiver Part Time to Overtime” position in Mentor, OH, is fairly competitive but may vary based on specific responsibilities, experience level, and the agency or employer’s funding. According to industry standards, caregiver wages can range from $12 to $25 per hour nationwide, depending on factors such as location, demand, and care requirements. In Ohio, the average pay for caregivers typically hovers around the lower to mid-range of this spectrum; therefore, the offered rate aligns reasonably well with regional figures. However, considering the overnight shift, which often requires a premium for less desirable hours, the upper end of the range might be on the lower side. Overall, while the pay is competitive, further increases or incentives may be necessary to attract more qualified candidates.
