Job Summary

The Overnight Closer, also known as the Member Services Representative, plays a vital role in fostering a positive experience for our members by delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves assisting Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Additionally, the Overnight Closer will be responsible for closing the day’s shift and ensuring the accuracy of the bank deposit for that day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

– Greet members, prospective members, and guests with warmth and professionalism, delivering outstanding customer service.
– Manage all front desk activities, including:
– Answering phones in a friendly manner and addressing a variety of inquiries.
– Checking members into the system.
– Facilitating new member registrations.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Updating member accounts as necessary.
– Responding to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when required.
– Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
– Closing out the shift at the end of the business day.

Qualifications/Requirements
