Job description:
The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional member experience at Planet Fitness by providing a high standard of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This position entails managing the completion of the day’s operations, including the preparation of an accurate bank deposit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Welcome members, prospective members, and guests, demonstrating outstanding customer service.
– Oversee all front desk activities, including:
– Answering phone calls in a courteous manner and addressing a variety of inquiries.
– Checking in members within the system efficiently.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Updating member accounts as necessary.
– Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when required.
– Contributing to the maintenance of the club’s cleanliness and organization.
– Executing shift closings for the business day.
– Preparing bank deposits for the following day.
