Job description:
The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) plays a critical role in enhancing the member experience by delivering exemplary customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This individual will be accountable for completing the closing procedures for the business day, which includes preparing an accurate bank deposit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Welcome members, prospective members, and guests, providing outstanding customer service.
– Manage all front desk operations, which include:
– Answering phone inquiries with a friendly demeanor and assisting callers with a wide range of questions.
– Checking members into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Providing necessary updates to member accounts.

– Completing the closing procedures for the shift.
