Job Summary
The Overnight Custodian/Housekeeper will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all facility areas.
  • Maintain restrooms, locker room areas, main club mirrors, and all flooring on a nightly basis.
  • Conduct weekly high cleaning of items such as fans and signage.
  • Ensure locker rooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies and paper products.
  • Identify and report any maintenance needs or damaged amenities and equipment, including toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience in custodial services, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliability are imperative.
  • Availability to work the third shift from Sunday through Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM is essential.
  • Exhibit honesty and a strong work ethic.
  • Capable of independently solving problems as they arise.
  • Able to fulfill a universal employee role and provide assistance at the front desk when necessary.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions, using appropriate language and behavior.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands

  • Completion of online training and ongoing educational requirements.
