Job description:
The Overnight Member Services Representative plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive experience for our members by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This position also entails detailed cleaning of the facility, ensuring that cleanliness standards are met and maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Greet members, prospective members, and guests with warmth, delivering exceptional customer service.
– Manage all front desk operations, including but not limited to:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Checking members into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Implementing necessary updates to member accounts.
– Supporting the maintenance of the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
– Performing detailed cleaning of the facility.

Qualifications/Requirements:

– Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
– Basic proficiency in computer skills is required.
