Signature Retail Services is currently seeking a Full-Time Overnight Reset Merchandiser to join our dynamic travel team. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

We are looking for an Overnight Reset Merchandiser to support our travel team with projects that encompass new store installations, remodels, resets, and fixture and racking installations. Minimum Requirements:
– Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
– Travel to project locations within your state and surrounding areas is required, with the opportunity to return home on weekends.
– A valid Driver’s License and current Auto Insurance coverage are necessary.
– Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is required.
– A smartphone with internet capability, including voice, email, text, and the ability to submit picture reports is essential.
– Effective teamwork and communication skills with customers, store associates, and management are critical.
– Physical duties include lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
– Candidates should be capable of lifting and moving items weighing 60+ pounds without assistance during their shift.

Position Responsibilities:
– While prior experience in retail remodels and resets within big-box home improvement stores is preferred, we are open to training exceptional candidates.
– You will travel within your state and neighboring states to complete store remodels, fixture installations, resets, and other merchandising tasks, with weekends typically reserved for returning home.
– Collaborate effectively with your team to accurately complete assignments within project timelines.
– Execute heavy-duty resets, store remodels, and restocking tasks, ensuring compliance with planogram specifications.
– Engage in lifting, moving, and stocking products and building materials throughout your shifts, often exceeding 60 pounds.
– Adjust, repair, relocate, and install pallet racking, beams, and gondola shelving units as needed.
– Assemble and install fixtures, arrange products in accordance with planograms, position signage, construct displays, and accurately attach price labels.
– Read and interpret planograms, floor plans, and blueprints to ensure proper shelving and fixture placement.

Work Schedule:
This full-time position requires flexibility in working hours, including overnight shifts, and involves travel to various project sites based on requirements. Hotel accommodations will be arranged for the duration of your assignments, with periodic returns home on weekends.
