Job Title: Overnight Stock Clerk Part Time
Company: BJ’s Wholesale Club
Location: Lansing, MI
Pay:
AI Pay Analysis: To determine the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the “Overnight Stock Clerk Part Time” role in Lansing, MI, one would need to compare it against prevailing wages for similar positions in the retail and warehouse sectors. As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, typical hourly rates for stock clerks in such roles generally range from $12 to $17 per hour, depending on experience, company, and specific job responsibilities. In Lansing, Michigan, where the cost of living is relatively moderate, an hourly wage within this range would be considered competitive. If the offered rate falls within or above this spectrum, it would likely align with industry standards; if it’s lower, it may require reassessment, especially given the increasing focus on fair compensation in the labor market.
