Role Summary
The Overnight Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our members. This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. In addition to fostering a welcoming atmosphere, the Overnight Closer will be responsible for concluding the day’s shift efficiently and accurately managing the bank deposit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome members, prospective members, and guests by providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform all front desk-related activities, including:
  • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
  • Checking members into the system.
  • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Conducting tours for prospective members.
• Implement necessary updates to member accounts.
• Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized club environment.
• Close the shift for the day’s operations.
• Prepare the bank deposit for the following day.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• A genuine passion for fitness and health is essential.
• Maintain an upbeat and positive demeanor.
• Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.
