At Great Wolf, the role of Park Services Attendant is pivotal in maintaining an exceptional atmosphere within the waterpark, ensuring it meets and exceeds both Great Wolf and guest standards. The Attendant is entrusted with the responsibility of upholding the cleanliness of the pool area by collecting and disposing of trash, removing soiled towels, and restocking the area with fresh towels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Promote a safe and professional workplace by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Great Wolf Resorts handbook and other training materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the Waterpark, both Front and Back of House, while upholding all safety standards.
  • Engage with waterpark guests by greeting them, addressing inquiries, and responding to requests.
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the Waterpark, including cleaning decks and locker rooms.
  • Ensure windows and doorways remain free of fingerprints and smudges.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of furniture and hard surfaces in public areas, keep floors clutter-free and dry, and empty all waste receptacles in common spaces.
  • Clean and sanitize Waterpark restrooms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.

Desired Qualifications & Traits:

  • Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services.
  • Familiarity with safe handling and use of chemicals according to instructions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
