Job Summary:
We are seeking candidates for roles commencing in mid-April through May. Weekend shifts are available from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Weekday shifts are offered from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., with exceptions for 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. This position is particularly well-suited for college students, and employees will receive a complimentary Black Card membership during their tenure. Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day.

The Member Services Representative plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional member experience by delivering high-quality customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greet members, prospective members, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
– Manage all front desk operations, including but not limited to:
– Answering phone inquiries with a friendly demeanor and assisting callers with various questions.
– Checking in members efficiently using the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Updating member accounts as necessary.
– Responding promptly and professionally to member inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when appropriate.
– Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Experience in customer service is preferred.
– Basic proficiency in computer usage.
