Job Summary:
Shifts available during weekends include 6 AM to 2 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, and 5 PM to 10 PM. Weekday shifts are primarily from 3 PM to 10 PM, with some shifts extending from 5 PM to 10 PM. Candidates must be able to work at least one weekend day.

As a Member Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive member experience by delivering exemplary customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Welcome members, prospective members, and guests with warmth and outstanding customer service.
– Execute all front desk-related tasks, including:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly tone and assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Checking members into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Assisting with necessary updates to member accounts.
– Responding to member inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner, escalating issues as needed to the Assistant Manager or Manager.
– Aiding in the upkeep of the club’s cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience preferred.
