We are currently hiring a full-time Bus Operator – Driver in Kalamazoo, Owosso, and Romulus, MI. This role offers the chance to get paid for driving, meet diverse individuals, and deliver outstanding service while operating one of the newest and largest fleets in Michigan. The starting pay is $18/hour during training, increasing to $23/hour upon completion, alongside an array of excellent benefits including:

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR BUS OPERATOR – DRIVER
THE SCHEDULE:
Your schedule will fluctuate based on assigned routes and charter trips. You will alternate between driving standard bus routes and leading groups on charter journeys. The training period lasts 4 to 6 weeks, during which we will compensate you as you work toward obtaining your CDL B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, if you do not already possess them.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Bus Operator – Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring passengers reach their destinations safely and comfortably. This includes navigating various routes, adhering to schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. You will greet passengers, assist with luggage, and strive to deliver a smooth and enjoyable traveling experience. Some days will involve regular bus routes, while others will include longer charter trips within the state or beyond. For multi-day trips, we will cover your hotel accommodations and meals.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
– A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
– A valid CDL (A or B) with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements and a stellar driving record (or the capacity to obtain one)
– Ability to acquire or enhance a license or passport for travel outside the U.S.
