Job Description
Job Title: Part-Time Caregiver
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Toledo, OH
Pay: $13 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $15 for a part-time caregiver role in Toledo, OH, is generally considered on the lower end of the spectrum for this position. As of October 2023, industry standards for caregivers in Ohio typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. While some entry-level roles may start at around $12 to $14 per hour, the top rates often reflect additional skills such as specialized caregiving or certifications. Therefore, while the offered rate might attract individuals looking for entry-level opportunities or those with minimal experience, it may not be competitive enough to retain more experienced caregivers or those seeking roles with greater responsibility.
