Job Title: Part Time Customer Experience Coor

Company: TJX Companies

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay: $14 – 14.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The offered hourly rate of $14 – $14.50 for a “Part Time Customer Experience Coordinator” in West Chester, OH, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles in the customer service field. As of 2023, the national average for customer experience or service coordinators typically ranges from approximately $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job duties, with variations based on geographic location and industry. In West Chester, which is part of a metropolitan area, this rate may not be competitive, particularly for candidates with reasonable experience or education. Therefore, while it may attract entry-level applicants, it might not retain skilled candidates in the long run.
