Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative
As a Dispatch/Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a vital member of our team, dedicated to upholding our service philosophy and delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling service appointments tailored to customer needs, and efficiently dispatching technicians to job sites. Position Type: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), Afternoon/Evening Shift (typically 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm), with a mandatory Saturday shift and one Sunday per month.

Responsibilities:
– Professionally and courteously receive incoming calls.
– Accurately and promptly enter call details into Service Titan.
– Prioritize and coordinate service scheduling in accordance with customer requirements.
– Efficiently dispatch technicians to appropriate job locations.
– Close out completed jobs using information provided by the technicians.
– Manage any scheduling delays by communicating effectively with customers and service technicians.
– Perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and fulfill customer needs.

Requirements:

– A minimum of two years of administrative experience is required.
