Educator: $15.00-$18.00 per hour (commensurate with education and experience)
You will drive our mission by:
- Organizing program materials for lessons and activities, as well as documenting attendance, incidents, and observations.
- Delivering an engaging daily curriculum that fosters academic growth and social character-building, thereby enhancing the school day experience.
- Utilizing your coursework and our in-person training to model positive guidance and effective classroom management, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children during homework completion, fitness activities, and playtime.
- Communicating effectively with a diverse audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Maintaining a focus on safety and well-being while ensuring student attention and engagement.
- Regularly meeting with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
