Job Title: Part Time Educator (Berea, OH)
Company: Right At School
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH
Pay: $15 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $18 for a Part Time Educator in Berea, OH, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles in the education sector, which can vary widely based on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. As of October 2023, positions like part-time educators, especially in areas with higher living costs or specialized skills, can often command rates closer to $20 – $25 per hour or more, particularly for those with advanced degrees or relevant experience. In Middleburg Heights and surrounding areas, this pay range may not be fully competitive, especially when considering inflation and rising living costs. Therefore, while it may be acceptable for entry-level roles or internships, it may not attract seasoned professionals.
