Position: Educator – $15.00-$18.00 per hour (depending on education and experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $500

In this role, you will contribute to our mission by:

• Organizing program materials for lessons and activities, while documenting attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Delivering our engaging daily curriculum to help children enhance their academic and social skills, extending their learning in a meaningful manner.
• Applying your coursework and our in-person training to model positive guidance and effective classroom management, ensuring the safety and attentiveness of all children while assisting with homework, leading enjoyable fitness activities, and supervising play.
• Communicating effectively with diverse audiences, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Conducting regular meetings with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability.

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
