Job Position Description:
This part-time position requires a commitment of three days a week, working four hours each day (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, at a rate of $15 per hour. The primary responsibility is to foster a cleaner, healthier office environment for our clients, following a prescribed task list. Key duties include but are not limited to:

– Execute all cleaning tasks for the facilities using ServiceMaster products, tools, and established procedures.
– Responsible for sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disposing of trash, cleaning interior windows, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms and surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness in stairways.
– Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and communicate when replenishments are necessary.
– Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
– Secure the facility by managing door access.
– Prior experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is preferred but not mandatory (1-2 years is advantageous).
– On-the-job training will be provided for individuals demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
– Experience working with a professional janitorial service, office complex, hotel, hospital, or educational institution is a plus.
– Must exhibit flexibility and the capability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
– Contribute positively to the work atmosphere with a friendly demeanor and cooperate with team efforts, including maintaining a professional appearance, reliability, and punctuality.
– Show respect and understanding towards colleagues and clients.
– Proficiency in English communication is required, or the use of a translation tool is acceptable.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
