Job Position Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to create cleaner and healthier environments for our client’s buildings and grounds through the execution of essential duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

– Performing all cleaning tasks for facilities utilizing ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
– Cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash disposal, window cleaning, and the moving of furniture and equipment.
– Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
– Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
– Opening and securing facilities, as well as enabling and disabling security systems as needed.
– Prior experience (1-2 years) as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is advantageous, though not required.
– On-the-job training will be provided for candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
– Prior experience within a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
– Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment is essential.
– Contributing positively to the work atmosphere by maintaining a pleasant demeanor and supporting team efforts, including punctuality and proper uniform adherence.
– Demonstrating respect for co-workers and clients.
– Proficiency in English communication is required.
