Job Description
Job Title: Part Time Fitness Trainer
Company: Planet Fitness
Location: Sugarcreek, OH
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a Part-Time Fitness Trainer in Sugarcreek, OH, is relatively competitive but may be on the lower end of the spectrum when considering industry standards. On average, fitness trainers in the U.S. earn between $20 to $25 per hour, with variations depending on experience, certification, and the local cost of living. In smaller towns like Sugarcreek, wages can be lower due to less competition and client demand; however, this rate may still limit the attraction of qualified candidates. To ensure a more competitive stance and attract better talent, an adjustment to align the pay closer to national averages might be advisable.
