Job Title: Part Time Framer/Cashier $11.75/hr – Weekend Availability Required

Company: Michaels Stores

Location: Miamisburg, OH

Pay: $11.75 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11.75 for a “Part Time Framer/Cashier” position in Miamisburg, OH, falls below the median wage for similar roles in retail and framing across the United States, where rates often range from $13 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and location. Considering the requirement for weekend availability, which typically commands a higher wage due to the inconvenience of working non-standard hours, this rate may be viewed as non-competitive in the current job market. Additionally, factors such as local cost of living and employment rates in the Ohio area could further influence wage expectations, suggesting that potential candidates may seek opportunities that offer higher compensation or additional benefits.
