Job description:

Mom’s Meals, a prominent national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals within the healthcare sector, is experiencing significant growth. We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate who will play a crucial role in our operations by picking, scanning, and packing items for customer orders efficiently and safely as they move through the fulfillment process. This position is dynamic and requires the ability to work in a refrigerated environment throughout the entire shift.

Candidates must be available for weekend shifts. Part-Time Fulfillment Associates are expected to work 2 to 3 full 8-hour shifts per week.

Shifts are as follows:

• 1st Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM with a starting wage of $16/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM with limited availability and starting wage of $ (to be determined)
• 3rd Shift: 11 PM to 7 AM with a starting hourly wage of $7.00

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Accurately pick items for cooler boxes, ensuring proper scanning and packing to fulfill customer orders
• Maintain compliance with stringent safety, quality, and production standards
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, including reading labels and selecting products
• Meet established productivity and accuracy metrics
• Consistently produce high-quality work
• Transport products between locations while adhering to food sanitation and safety protocols
• Participate in general housekeeping duties
• Conduct work within a spacious warehouse maintained at a temperature between 34-40 degrees Fahrenheit (gloves will be provided)

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Capable of standing or walking for up to 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds on occasion
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Strong service orientation
• Collaborative team player with effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic reading skills required
• Must successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and background check

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in warehouse distribution or a similar setting

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly engage hands for handling, feeling, or operating objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms
• Frequently required to stand, talk, and listen
• Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
