AI Pay Analysis: To accurately analyze the hourly rate for the “Part Time – Head Cashier – Flexible” role in Marquette, MI, it is important to consider several factors, including local cost of living, typical wages for similar positions in the area, and broader industry standards. As of my last update, part-time cashier roles often range from $12 to $17 per hour nationally, but in Marquette, MI, the rate could be slightly lower due to regional differences in labor costs. If the offered hourly rate falls within or near this range, it would likely be considered competitive. However, if it strays significantly below this benchmark, it may not align with industry standards or adequately compensate for the responsibilities and skills expected at the head cashier level. To provide definitive insights, specific wage information for that particular job posting would be necessary.
