AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Part Time – Head Cashier – Flexible” in Harper Woods, MI, it’s essential to compare it with similar positions in the retail sector within that area. As of my last update, head cashiers typically earn between $12 and $18 per hour, depending on experience, with the average hovering around $15 per hour. Considering factors such as local cost of living and competitive market rates, if the offered rate falls within this range, it would be deemed competitive. If the rate is significantly lower, it may suggest a lack of alignment with industry standards, particularly given the importance of flexibility and responsibility associated with a head cashier role. Always verify with local job boards and resources for the most current salary expectations.
